How to grow a company at express speed

Simon Fellin, moderated by Parisa Amiri

Founded in August 2018, Voi is a Scandinavian micro mobility company offering electric scooter and bike sharing in partnership with cities and local communities. They believe e-scooters can change how people move in our cities. And they want the transformation to happen in the right way—through innovation, open and transparent dialogue with cities and governments and by adapting to local needs.

Voi has been and is growing at an amazing speed, they are currently present in 30 European cities but aim for 150. How do you even grow a company so fast and keep employees happy? Join us in this short session to understand how a company that is recruiting more than two people every day makes it work.
